Order Fulfillment & Shipping
Every purchase you make helps bring the hope of Jesus into prisons across the country. Because of your generosity, lives are being changed from the inside out.
Our team is often on the road hosting worship nights and outreach events inside correctional facilities. Because of this, we process and ship orders once a week. After placing your order, please allow 7–10 business days for it to be fulfilled and shipped.
We’re grateful for your patience as we continue to do the work God has called us to—bringing light into some of the darkest places.
Shipping Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address? If your order has not shipped yet, reach out to us as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to make the change to orders@godbehindbars.com and include your order #.
If your order has already shipped and the address provided was incorrect, it may be returned to us. Should that happen, you’ll receive an email notification. If we don’t hear back within 5 business days, we’ll restock the items and issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We know how important every order is—and we do everything we can to pack each one with care. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, whether shipped domestically or internationally.
If your package arrives damaged due to issues in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to inquire about potential compensation. At this time, we do not offer replacements or refunds for damaged packages.
